Experience increases implementation
DESIGN CONCERN is one of Denmark’s most experienced supplier of service design solutions. Currently we participate in an innovation project initiated by the Business- and Construction Board. The project focuses on increased user-satisfaction and optimising of economic bottom lines through service design.
Public and private
In the public sector, we have solved tasks focusing on increased safety for elderly and demented. Physically we have developed a personal positioning alarm which - together with new work routines - makes everyday life easier and more safe for users, relatives and care assistants.
BabySam has 32 stores and 500 employees in Denmark. We have developed a service design concept, which create new experiences and greater value for new parents.
We have solved similar tasks for Electrolux Home Products and Damixa and have initiated a new service design project in collaboration with the municipality of Aarhus and Facility Institute
