Choice of method depends on the assignment
DESIGN CONCERN has a methodical approach to solutions of the assignments and not least to the covering of user needs. Depending on which task to be solved, we use one or several methods to cover known and unknown user-needs.

‘What job does the user really needs to get done?’
There is a wide range of different methods to cover users’ recognized and non-recognized needs. Many of the methods we employ at DESIGN CONCERN are based in an anthropological approach and different qualitative methods to collect data. The anthropological method is among others characterised by clarifying and understanding contexts – and to meet the users in the right elements.
The results are applied in a prioritising of values and to the assignment in question: ‘What job does the user really needs to get done?’
