In the process of creating good design and successful solutions knowledge is essential. Our knowledge is created through ongoing research.
Research, analysis and development of user-friendly overall solutions are one of DESIGN CONCERN’s main competences.
These competences are utilized in our product design, service design etc. but also in connection with the development of graphic design and web solutions.
As a base for development of products and design solutions, our viewpoint is grounded in knowledge on the end-users directly engaged with the solutions. In order to create utility value for a specific target audience it is often useful to complete a more thorough, need based examination of selected user groups.
This is why we employ clients and often execute user-analysis as a basis for the specific development work in close relations with selected partners and experts.
